We stayed in the Duplex Apartment with Terrace for our trip to Vienna. The apartment was spartan but very clean, and the staff were friendly and skilled. They quickly responded to all our requests, such as providing a coffee machine, cutlery, and cups. The location was great, with a quiet neighborhood that was still close to everything. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded us to a larger suite with two floors and bedrooms at no extra cost. a comfortable and convenient stay.

Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and efficient. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to bus and metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. There were also supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, adding to the convenience.
The air conditioning system made a consistent noise and the staff didn't offer any solutions. The air conditioning itself was not effective, and we were told to open windows instead.

The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
It would have been nice to have a cozy lobby to relax in after a long day of sightseeing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - right on the edge of the main city block, with beautiful views of the canal of the Danube. The hotel was situated on a small street, which made for a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. our second stay at this hotel in vienna and it was even better than before. the staff was friendly and efficient, the suite was comfortable and well-lit, and the location was excellent. we had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer.
